Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a noisy location due to street activity, but the staff was attentive and accommodating. The rooms were decent in size and very clean, and the breakfast each morning was especially nice. Service was friendly and went above and beyond to assist guests. The dining experience had some issues with limited selection and short-staffing. Despite the shortcomings, the facilities were well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.
The hotel room had a very untidy and dirty back yard view, but surprisingly it was very clean, warm, and comfortable. The service was above-and-beyond by providing us with a fan upon request, yet it could have been more welcoming at times. The hotel's location was mixed with a beautifully updated and furnished setting but with loud surroundings. The dining experience was limited but had some delicious options. The facilities were satisfying overall.
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The rooms were a little cold and damp, and I felt overcharged due to not receiving the wedding deal as promised. The breakfast was included but could have been better quality. On the bright side, the service was decent, and the location was great despite some noise issues from the nearby area.
